Returns & Refunds Policy

At Secret of Vedas, UK, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not happy, you may return your item within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or similar consumables)

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items

3. Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Only partial refunds may be granted if:

  • Books show obvious signs of use

  • CDs, DVDs, video games, or software have been opened

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

4. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
We’ll inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a few working days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider—it may take time for the refund to appear.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

7. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

8. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or was sent to the gift giver to pass on to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

9. Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

For items over £25, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
